An important aspect of being a Toastmaster is to help new Toastmasters get started on the right foot.  Basically the Mentor keeps in touch with the New Members, answers questions they may have about the club or a speech and encourages them to attend our weekly meetings. Typically the mentoring process will continue through the third manual speech.
